•Own frontend architecture and experience by leading scalable, maintainable frontend solutions in React/TypeScript.
•Drive workflow and data-model enhancements by shaping how tasks, cases, and transactions are structured, triggered, and tracked.
•Own end-to-end delivery from design through deployment, monitoring, and production support.
•Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and establish engineering best practices while resolving legacy migrations ambiguity.

•Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility.
•Experience integrating frontend with backend microservices via gRPC; willingness to work across backend services when needed.
