Key Responsibilities

  • •Create clear, effective, user-focused technical documentation for highly technical audiences.
  • •Define, publish, and maintain documentation standards including style guides, templates, terminology, and structure.
  • •Drive alignment and consistency so documentation across teams forms one coherent body of work.
  • •Set and uphold the quality bar through review and acceptance criteria, editorial reviews, and tracking content to closure.
  • •Plan and track documentation-related projects, report status and issues, and manage shifting priorities and deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience writing technical documentation for a major product, product suite, or technology.
  • •Experience defining or maintaining documentation standards such as style guides or content templates across multiple contributors.
  • •Ability to work in Linux/Unix as well as Windows-based systems.
  • •Comfort working from the command line on remote systems to validate tool installation, configuration, and cluster benchmarking steps.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects using collaborative platforms such as Confluence and Jira.
