Lead FP&A activities supporting the IT organization, including LRP, AOP, quarterly forecasting, monthly close, variance analysis, and executive-ready reporting. Key Responsibilities

•Lead LRP, AOP, quarterly forecasts, monthly close, and variance analysis for the IT organization.
•Provide accurate, timely monthly reporting and improve forecast accuracy versus actuals.
•Partner with IT leaders and delivery cost center owners through regular financial reviews and investment evaluations.
•Standardize finance processes and improve productivity tracking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
•Lead, coach, and develop the finance team through hiring, onboarding, delegation, mentoring, and cross-training.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of relevant FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance experience.
•Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
•Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
•Demonstrated people leadership experience with coaching and team development.
•Experience driving process improvement, productivity, and finance automation/AI initiatives and finance modeling.
