Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead LRP, AOP, quarterly forecasts, monthly close, and variance analysis for the IT organization.
  • •Provide accurate, timely monthly reporting and improve forecast accuracy versus actuals.
  • •Partner with IT leaders and delivery cost center owners through regular financial reviews and investment evaluations.
  • •Standardize finance processes and improve productivity tracking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the finance team through hiring, onboarding, delegation, mentoring, and cross-training.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of relevant FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance experience.
  • •Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • •Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
  • •Demonstrated people leadership experience with coaching and team development.
  • •Experience driving process improvement, productivity, and finance automation/AI initiatives and finance modeling.
