Operate and supervise the production line, start-up and shut-down processes, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions. Conduct in-process inspections, handle nonconforming products, manage shift handovers, troubleshoot disturbances, keep the area clean, comply with safety and environmental guidelines, and document material and time usage in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
