RF Manufacturing Engineer

Own end-to-end manufacturing process development for RF electronic assemblies, bridging radar hardware design and scalable production. Build and maintain assembly documentation, inspection plans, and tooling/fixtures; troubleshoot complex electrical/RF issues using root-cause analysis; and drive continuous improvement to raise yield and reduce cycle time. Develop and validate test procedures, collaborate across engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations for faster ramp, and support customer-facing hardware demos with periodic travel.
