Key Responsibilities

  • •Own renewal and customer success topline and Opex analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • •Analyze renewal performance, retention trends, coverage models, and key drivers of forecast changes.
  • •Develop deep-dive analyses across customers, regions, products, renewal cohorts, and coverage models to identify risks and opportunities.
  • •Perform variance analysis across renewal rates, retention, churn, ARR, and forecast performance; assess risks and scenarios.
  • •Prepare executive-ready analyses for leadership reviews and Board reporting, and partner with BI/Sales Operations to improve data quality and metric governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, GTM Finance, or Revenue Finance.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • •Experience working with large datasets and partnering with Business Intelligence teams.
