Job Summary

Lead procurement for TikTok Shop’s Europe local fulfillment logistics, covering first-mile, line-haul, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. •Optimize fulfillment cost and service quality by selecting logistics partners and improving pricing mechanisms.
•Develop annual and quarterly procurement strategies and resource plans based on e-commerce business models and regional growth trends.
•Maintain relationships with key logistics service providers, driving capacity planning and service enhancement during peak seasons and major promotions.
•Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and Finance on contract execution, rate updates, supplier onboarding, and fulfillment process optimization.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or related fields.
•5+ years of experience in logistics procurement, fulfillment operations, e-commerce supply chain, or related business development roles.
•Strong understanding of the e-commerce fulfillment lifecycle (inbound, storage, sorting, line-haul, and last-mile) and associated cost structures.
•Strong negotiation skills and ability to independently lead complex procurement initiatives while maintaining service standards.
•High written and oral proficiency in Chinese; proficiency in English for business communication is preferred.
