Monitor brands and protect client digital integrity by detecting phishing, infringing domains, and unauthorized social media activity across public and proprietary sources. Investigate suspicious events, perform due diligence and research, and use IP enforcement knowledge to execute takedowns. Manage and analyze data in Excel, deliver monthly reporting in Word/PowerPoint, and support daily client queries while coordinating with the team in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor public sources, social media, and proprietary databases to identify brand presence and potential threats.
•Investigate and analyze suspicious activity, including infringing websites, phishing domains, and unauthorized social media accounts or posts.
•Identify IP violations and execute enforcement actions across different platforms.
•Conduct secondary research and due diligence, interpreting complex website and registrant information.
•Maintain data sheets and produce monthly reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 8,000 - 10,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in takedowns and enforcement across marketplaces, social media, and domain-related abuse cases, including WIPO process and abuse reporting.
•Knowledge of domain registration workflows, WHOIS lookups, DNS basics, registrar processes, and hosting provider coordination.
•Proficiency navigating social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) and understanding how malicious or infringing ad campaigns operate.
•Excellent written and verbal communication for crafting enforcement notices, providing stakeholder updates, and handling escalations.
•Strong analytical and investigative mindset to identify brand misuse, impersonation, counterfeit listings, and phishing threats at scale.
