Small Claims Track Handler (NDA Team)

Handle a caseload of Small Claims Track motor litigation within a non-Delegated Motor Litigation Unit, managing matters from service through resolution. Build initial case strategies on liability and quantum using available evidence, draft court documents and witness statements, and negotiate settlements with clients, defendants, insurers, and solicitors. Maintain accurate case management and billing records, ensure deadlines and service levels are met, and operate in compliance with ISO 9001 and the SRA Code of Conduct.
