Job Summary

Join our logistics team to manage inbound/outbound, warehousing, and transportation for raw materials, shipments, and finished goods at Sika Japan. You will execute picking, packing, shipping docs, coordinate charter and line-haul transport, enforce 5S, and lead improvements to safety, quality, and efficiency.

•Inbound/outbound operations for raw materials, materials, and products (picking, packing, shipping documents, system processing)
•Transportation and storage management, including charter and line-haul arrangements and transportation planning
•Proper management of shipment and storage items, including returns and damaged goods
•Site operation and improvement activities, ensuring procedures and displays are followed and proposed
•5S activities (organization, order, cleaning, cleanliness, discipline) and initiatives to reduce mis-shipment and to improve safety, quality, and efficiency

Key Requirements

•基本的なPC操作が可能な方（Excel、Word、メール等） - 入力等操作が支障なくできる
