Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently under general supervision.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars, barges, and trucks using heavy/light duty equipment; control and monitor load-out functions.
  • •Understand and operate automated scale/dump systems, and monitor/maintain quality of inventory.
  • •Perform and record daily/weekly/monthly maintenance, housekeeping, grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and report customer complaints, repair needs, and safety concerns.
