Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as SME for crane, equipment, and rigging tasks, coordinating Diamond and contractor trades.
  • •Review job packages, assist with resource allocation, and initiate work permit procedures as necessary.
  • •Plan and authorize safe crane and rigging activities, including creating/reviewing 3D lift plans and coordinating approvals with civil engineering and operations leadership.
  • •Verify crane setup and rigging compliance, conduct pre-lift meetings, and authorize lifts to proceed.
  • •Track daily work progress, reassign work when equipment isn’t ready, close work orders, perform field/shop audits, ensure compliance, and coach tradespersons on correct completion of procedures and checklists.
