Key Responsibilities

  • •Examine insureds’ policies, forms in force, and records to determine coverage and extent of liability.
  • •Maintain active communication with customers throughout the Claims process.
  • •Draft, approve, and adjust estimates of damage and loss amounts.
  • •Use various investigation methods including statements, police consultations, site inspections, and document review.
  • •Partner with field appraisers to manage home estimates and repairs; estimate cost of repair or replacement.
  • •Write clear diary notes, set field assignments, save contacts, and issue payments.
  • •Apply knowledge of state statutes, insurance ethics, rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Key Requirements
