Job Summary

Serve as a North America People Business Partner embedded within the business, partnering with leaders and managers on people-related matters to drive an inclusive, high-performing culture. Advise on HR and business objectives, support workforce planning and organizational design, and guide adoption of people programs and policies. Own annual cycles across designated client groups, champion DEI initiatives, and collaborate with People COEs such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities

•Influence, coach, and counsel leaders and managers on people-related matters to foster an inclusive culture.
•Recommend approaches to improve business objectives, productivity, and HR development.
•Collaborate with People COEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) on initiatives to support business needs.
•Support workforce planning and organizational design, and act as a first line of support for change management and communications.
•Manage annual cycle activities (performance, talent, compensation, and engagement) across designated client groups, including colleague engagement action planning.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional HR experience.
•Experience with change management, performance management, conflict management, talent management, employee engagement, communication, and workforce planning.
•Demonstrated relationship and influence management skills across levels, from colleagues to senior leaders.
•Knowledge of US employment laws and currently relevant people trends.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant industry experience.
