Supervisor Production-1st Shift-Waverly Plant

Supervise day-to-day production operations to maintain high quality, yield, and workplace safety. Review daily production orders, ensure staffing and line maintenance, and monitor machinery performance for efficiency. Verify USDA inspection at workstations, manage accurate shipments and inventory rotation, and support team engagement through training and counseling. Partner with other supervisors to resolve operational issues and maintain records for reworked or returned products.
