Job Summary

Our Assistant Store Managers are integral to the success of our stores. As an Assistant Manager, it’s your job to partner closely with the Store Manager to develop team members, provide the best customer service possible, and communicate our company’s values, vision, and mission. You will navigate a complex business to satisfy customers and develop team members while handling competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day store operations, including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
•Open and close the store, secure all assets, plan and prepare labor schedules, maintain the store security system, and act as the Store Manager in their absence.
•Develop and engage team members and ensure execution of brand and store strategies to meet revenue goals.
•Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
•Identify industry trends and educate the team about the current market to improve store performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
•Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required
•Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
•Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
