Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor quarry plant equipment to batch, crush, and sort materials.
  • •Control machinery from the panelboard to ensure smooth feeding, crushing, and sifting processes.
  • •Observe gauges and equipment to uphold strict quality and safety standards.
  • •Perform routine plant maintenance and assist with repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding as needed.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite and conduct general labor duties as required, including mentoring newer team members.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •At least 18 years of age and able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.

  • •18+ months/years related experience is preferred (at least 2 years), but training is available for motivated candidates.
  • •Ability to follow all safety rules and procedures and work nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
