Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supplier costs, contracts, relationships, and roadmaps across the product lifecycle.
  • •Lead supplier sourcing and selection activities, including establishing selection criteria, running RFQs, and driving final selection.
  • •Ensure suppliers are prepared for delivery of key parts on time, meeting quality and yield parameters and ramp quantities.
  • •Negotiate supplier agreements covering pricing, flexibility, quality, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms.
  • •Own and manage ramp plans, production plans and forecasts, tooling qualification schedules, and tooling life; influence supplier technology roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • •5–7 years’ experience in high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments.
  • •5–7 years’ direct experience in supplier or supply chain management.
  • •Supply chain experience managing cross-functional teams in a consumer electronics product company.
  • •Ability to solve problems and coordinate with cross-functional teams, with strong analytical skills for cost modeling and supplier selection.
