Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently and warmly.
  • •Assist with housekeeping duties, servicing rooms and public areas as required.
  • •Provide local recommendations, respond to guest requests, and address feedback promptly.
  • •Support linen handling, room setup, and maintain presentation standards.
  • •Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met, including accurate payment processing and guest records updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous hospitality experience across Front Office and Housekeeping would be highly beneficial.

  • •A positive, adaptable attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • •Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
