Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain full-stack application functionality, including frontend components, backend functionality, and database architecture
  • •Implement integrations with external systems, including legacy government and enterprise platforms
  • •Collaborate with forward-deployed deployment teams to translate customer requirements into production-ready features
  • •Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews
  • •Mentor and onboard new engineering team members

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and at least one frontend library (React, Svelte, Next etc)
  • •Knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Postgres
  • •Experience shipping projects and products with demonstrable full-stack work
  • •Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation
  • •Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
