Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first people partner for managers on hiring, performance, structure, and hard conversations.
  • •Own employee relations end to end by investigating, resolving, and documenting issues with speed and judgment.
  • •Run scalable people rhythms including onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding as the company grows.
  • •Coach managers, including first-time leaders, into the kind of leaders teams would choose again.
  • •Use AI to automate repeatable people-ops work so partner time goes to judgment instead of paperwork.

Salary: USD 178,000 - 262,000 annually

  • •Experience as an HRBP or people partner through rapid scaling, with strong credibility with client leaders.
  • •Run sensitive employee relations (ER) cases end to end, with investigations that hold up.
  • •Coach first-time managers into effective leaders.
  • •Understand employment law well enough to know when to seek counsel.
  • •Use data to inform retention, performance, and engagement decisions.
