Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the first people partner for managers on hiring, performance, structure, and hard conversations.
•Own employee relations end to end by investigating, resolving, and documenting issues with speed and judgment.
•Run scalable people rhythms including onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding as the company grows.
•Coach managers, including first-time leaders, into the kind of leaders teams would choose again.
•Use AI to automate repeatable people-ops work so partner time goes to judgment instead of paperwork.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 178,000 - 262,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience as an HRBP or people partner through rapid scaling, with strong credibility with client leaders.
•Run sensitive employee relations (ER) cases end to end, with investigations that hold up.
•Coach first-time managers into effective leaders.
•Understand employment law well enough to know when to seek counsel.
•Use data to inform retention, performance, and engagement decisions.
