Construction Project Leader

Oversee highway, bridge, and municipal projects for WisDOT and local clients, directly managing projects and team members in your WisDOT Region. Lead strategic planning and delivery to meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements, and collaborate with clients and other project leaders as a liaison to management. Prepare proposals to win work, identify growth opportunities, hire and mentor team members, and build internal and external client relationships.
