Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of plant, process, and electrical technicians for inspections, testing, operations, maintenance, and repair of power generation systems
  • •Schedule daily work, prioritize assignments, and balance planned maintenance against real-time needs, alarms, trips, and outages
  • •Direct switching, isolation, LOTO, startup, shutdown, and restoration activities to coordinate safe electrical, mechanical, and process work
  • •Ensure work execution quality in procedures, work orders, as-found/as-left records, and CMMS close-out
  • •Enforce safety procedures (LOTO, NFPA 70E / arc-flash, confined space, hot work) and stop work/ escalate uncorrected hazards

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience working in a power plant, generating station, or other high-reliability industrial facility
  • •Hands-on background in gas turbine/plant operations, process or fluid systems, and/or medium-voltage electrical operations and maintenance
  • •Ability to read P&IDs, single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and equipment O&M manual
  • •Experience with LOTO, switching procedures, and NFPA 70E / arc-flash practices
