Job Summary

Serve as a Mechanical Project Engineer on EPC/PMC projects in Thailand, coordinating across disciplines, design teams, contractors, owners, and suppliers. Execute work under the Project Execution Plan with strict safety and quality control, staying within cost budgets and schedule targets. Act as the technical point of contact, support procurement and bid evaluation, manage project execution schedules, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with local and industry safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Function as Mechanical Project Engineer and coordinate with engineers, designers, and contractors to deliver project services.
•Execute assigned work in accordance with the Project Execution Plan, applicable procedures/standards, and safety and quality control within cost budgets and schedule targets.
•Coordinate as the point of contact with the design team, contractors, owner, suppliers, and related project personnel.
•Prepare procurement strategies and participate in procurement activities, including bidder list review, technical clarification, and bid evaluation.
•Manage the project execution schedule, monitor progress versus schedule, report deviations, and take actions to keep progress on track; implement quality control and support site safety compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical (or equivalent).
•Minimum 10 years of engineering and construction experience in oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
•Strong multi-discipline coordination skills with the ability to plan work logically.
•Competent to manage and supervise the team in project-type work (planning, scheduling, administration).
•Strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and good English communication skills.
