Foreperson

Lead and manage a solar installation crew of three to six members, providing day-to-day leadership, safety oversight, and technical guidance to complete residential and small commercial projects. You’ll organize and train crew members, manage construction workflow and customer relations, maintain project documentation, and resolve worker issues. When needed, you may perform service calls and act as an acting supervisor or manager.
