Senior Design Engineer

Provide presales creative technology support for AV/experiential projects by translating customer and creative partner requirements into functional system designs, block flow diagrams, equipment lists, and proposal-ready documentation. Partner with XTG Creative Technologists and teams across verticals, communicate design intent through sketches and drawings, and support pricing by identifying logistical challenges. Post-sales, help with project engineering, review work of lower-level design engineers, and serve as a customer liaison.
