Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize staffing by allocating resources based on available internal collaborators and needs.
  • •Manage subcontracting requests and propose profiles aligned with business requirements.
  • •Reduce subcontracting by promoting internalization and optimizing costs.
  • •Facilitate staffing forums and track actions to achieve Workforce Management objectives.
  • •Support employees between contracts with repositioning, skills development, and employability growth while maintaining reliable resource data in GLOW and reporting KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HR, Commerce, or Management
  • •At least 4 years of experience (excluding alternance) in a similar role, ideally in an ESN/IT consulting environment
  • •Strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • •Customer/business-oriented mindset with interest in digital roles and workforce/skills management
  • •Ability to manage and ensure quality/resource data reliability in workforce management processes and reporting
