Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver consultant-led discovery and process deep-dives to identify improvement opportunities, including potential AI use cases.
  • •Support clients in defining transformation roadmaps to address organisational challenges and business objectives, aligning technology and process adoption to drive change and performance.
  • •Set direction and scope for delivery teams by managing discovery/refinement, progressing options, and ensuring value-based prioritisation.
  • •Develop and implement change management strategies to support organisational transformations, enabling technology adoption and cultural readiness.
  • •Contribute to thought leadership and best practices in change, transformation, and technology adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting/business analysis or similar.
  • •Experience supporting or leading adoption of new technologies within business/digital transformation programs, including process and operating model redesign and/or change/adoption management.
  • •Evidence of continuous professional development and a Bachelor’s degree in technology, science, business, management, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to design and deliver process improvement using recognised methodologies and tools.
  • •Ability to manage projects and deadlines, bridge business needs and technology solutions, and effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
