Lead complex, multi-stakeholder AI engagements for Instacart’s Enterprise AI Pod from discovery to workflow adoption. Own the partner relationship, shape engagement structure, manage risks and timelines, and bridge field execution with R&D. Drive cost models and reusable playbooks, while traveling to partner sites as needed to ensure value delivery beyond signing contracts.

•Own the full AI engagement arc from discovery through sustained workflow adoption, coordinating with external partners and cross-functional teams.
•Drive requirements and delivery precision by shaping engagement structure, translating partner needs into execution plans, and tracking progress with clear risk signals.
•Champion continuous quality by overseeing testing and feedback loops to ensure platform performance against partner workflows and driving change management for lasting adoption.
•Hold the R&D feedback loop responsible for ensuring field learnings flow back to development and that roadmap commitments are met.
•Build playbooks by identifying reusable patterns across engagements and turning them into scalable delivery frameworks for the pod.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in technical project management, enterprise engagement management, or a related field with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs end to end to external enterprise clientele.
•Experience managing programs across the full software development lifecycle—from requirements definition and scoping through build, test, and launch.
•Technical fluency to hold credible conversations with partner engineering teams and manage technically complex delivery workstreams.
•Experience building and maintaining engagement cost models—tracking resource utilization and costs across concurrent programs.
•Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills with strong meeting facilitation and documentation abilities.
