Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and continuously enhance an enterprise change governance framework tailored to project classifications.
  • •Proactively identify and prioritize change-risk gaps and drive timely, effective remediation to reduce exposures and prevent recurrence.
  • •Synthesize and report risk data, emerging trends, and insights to senior leadership and the board with timely, actionable communication.
  • •Influence first-line stakeholders to design, refine, and maintain procedures that embed governance into business operations.
  • •Maintain expertise in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and design training/awareness programs for first- and second-line professionals, senior management, and the board.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, or regulatory roles in a Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB).
  • •Project management and governance experience; PMP certification is a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • •GARP certification is a plus.
  • •Strong written communication and discretion when handling restricted/secret company information.
