Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the site to mitigate risks by dividing and conquering Central Functions efforts and resolving issues quickly.
  • •Help the site meet MAE program targets across pillar programs and identify gaps through weekly metrics reviews.
  • •Ensure sustenance of the TPM program and improve %UD/SD performance via tier matrices, global reporting, and workstation MOR/util improvements.
  • •Design processes, triggers, and critical metrics to proactively address tool-to-tool mismatches using cross-matched software, hardware, and process inputs.
  • •Lead global area alignment teams by setting standards, creating area-level BKMs, and ensuring N-1 standards feed-forward for sustenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Ability to mobilize Central Teams SMEs to support site priorities and resolve issues quickly.
  • •Experience using benchmarking to identify gaps and drive strategies to close them.
  • •Experience with TPM and equipment performance improvement programs (including UD/SD and workstation performance).
  • •Ability to lead team members and support career growth for those reporting to you.
