Job Summary

Develop and lead enterprise AI governance and security frameworks to ensure ethical, compliant AI adoption across financial operations. Oversee secure AI/ML deployments across on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), conduct threat assessments and red-team testing, and support incident response and regulatory-aligned remediation.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant AI use in financial operations.
•Develop and enforce AI security standards aligned with regulatory requirements, including AI model lifecycle governance, bias detection, explainability, and auditability.
•Oversee secure AI/ML solution deployment across on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring robust data protection and encryption practices.
•Conduct AI security risk assessments, threat modeling, red team testing for generative and predictive models, and establish monitoring for drift, anomalies, and adversarial threats.
•Lead AI security incident response, provide architectural guidance integrating AI platforms with banking systems, and mentor junior architects and engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field and 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, information security, or technology governance in financial services (or equivalent combination).
•Proven track record implementing governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and compliance programs for emerging technologies.
•Strong familiarity with financial services regulations and security requirements, and experience collaborating with auditors, regulators, and compliance teams.
•Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management, including model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
•Proficiency with cloud-native AI/ML platforms (AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex) and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001/42001, CIS Controls).
