Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with client representatives and contractors/consultants to meet project quality requirements.
  • •Plan and allocate QC resources for witness on-site and off-site inspections, audits, and field inspections.
  • •Review and approve ITPs and checklists, conduct site walkdowns with client/consultant, and ensure vendors’ kick-off and coordination meetings are completed.
  • •Lead weekly QA/QC meetings with contractors and internal QA/QC meetings with QC personnel; manage weekly quality reporting and QC activity plans.
  • •Ensure quality dossiers are placed in the client’s documentation system, validate as-built drawings, and perform performance evaluations for QC personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years of direct QC and/or commissioning experience.
  • •Experience with construction scheduling, project administration and/or project management, and managing a quality program.
  • •Experience with data center facility maintenance, operation and/or construction (5 years).
  • •Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word) and experience with online document management applications (plus).
