Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage office operations including office condition, supplies, catering, vending, and equipment.
  • •Interface with local landlord and vendors; manage vendor procurement and contracts and coordinate contractors for maintenance and enhancements.
  • •Serve as first point of contact for the Edinburgh office and ensure successful meeting engagements.
  • •Handle daily business administration such as answering and routing inbound calls and travel planning.
  • •Support onboarding and compliance with HR; coordinate acquisition and distribution of employee computer hardware with IT and information security teams.

Key Requirements
