•Design, build, and continuously improve a sales training curriculum for new hire onboarding, ongoing skill development, product launches, and meeting programming.
•Develop structured learning journeys using adult learning theory and blended delivery (live, virtual, asynchronous, field-based).
•Create and deliver sales enablement materials including role-play frameworks, sales playbooks, and messaging to support consistent execution in the field.
•Own training content architecture within Showpad/EasyGenerator (learning pathways, assessments, continuing education tracks) and evaluate/adopt new tools.
•Leverage AI tools and performance data/field analytics to scale training content, simulate coaching scenarios, identify gaps, and improve program effectiveness; support onboarding and in-person meetings with ~30% travel.
