Job Summary

Develop and maintain interline strategy and negotiate interline and codeshare commercial settlement agreements to maximize partner revenue generation. Own end-to-end contract negotiation and coordinate internal stakeholders on updates to SPA/RSA, BITA and other partner agreements. Ensure governance through contract approvals, codeshare class mapping and Chart2 filings, and accurate revenue settlement with Finance. Perform regular strategic reviews to identify partnership opportunities and new interline partners, leveraging EY GDS and direct distribution to optimize revenues.

•Experience with alliance and interline agreements (SPA/Code-Share).
•Preferred: experience in a pricing-related role, ideally with fare construction.
