Part Time Universal Banker - 20 Hours - Albemarle

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies. Deliver excellent customer service by identifying client needs, educating clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Cross-train to support sales and service, serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, and follow risk management and internal control procedures.
