Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineering efforts on the CDX team across external developer integration support and long-term tooling development.
  • •Set technical strategy for open-source tooling and improve the experience for developers integrating on the platform.
  • •Own engineering quality standards, including tech stack, tooling, and testing practices.
  • •Balance team capacity between hands-on integration support and tooling that scales business needs.
  • •Recruit, hire, and coach engineers, providing feedback and supporting career growth.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of web development experience, including at least 2 years directly leading an engineering team.
  • •Strong full-stack development experience, including JavaScript & React.
  • •Experience building software for production environments and/or data/ETL pipelines.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to triage issues and prioritize tasks.
  • •Comfort working with customers and stakeholders; English at B2/C1 (CEFR) level or higher.
