Key Responsibilities

•Lead consultative sales engagements and develop senior client relationships across Analytics, AI, Data Strategy, Data Engineering, MLOps and Cloud capabilities in Africa
•Analyze client needs, frame clear objectives, and define structured analytical approaches for large-scale engagements
•Design and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and executive presentations targeted at C-suite and technical audiences
•Collaborate with cross-functional delivery and solution teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to execution and accountability for client outcomes
•Represent Mastercard in industry events to expand the Africa market and expand the regional solution suite

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in management consulting, technology advisory, or relevant data and AI industry roles with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes
•Proven ability to independently initiate, develop, and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements across diverse industries
•Analytics and AI domain expertise across Data Strategy & Governance, Advanced Analytics, Generative AI, Data Engineering, MLOps, and Cloud-enabled AI solutions
•Strong ability to develop business cases, ROI analysis, and frame opportunities in financial terms for executive audiences
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of creating high-impact presentations and executive deliverables
