Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise maintenance and facilities technicians, including mentoring and performance evaluations in partnership with HR.
  • •Establish PM scopes and schedules to enhance equipment uptime and manage preventative maintenance activities in CMMS.
  • •Ensure timely completion of facilities and equipment service requests, including managing spare parts and service workflows.
  • •Support continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • •Maintain safety compliance (elevated work, electrical work, hot work) and develop/maintain JSA.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and relevant technical or vocational education.
  • •4 years of experience leading maintenance teams in a distribution center or manufacturing environment.
  • •Flexibility to support weekend and off-hours as needed.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Teams, and CMMS.
  • •Ability to work safely around equipment and enforce OSHA regulations, including LOTO and troubleshooting using electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.
