Systems Engineering Lead

Lead a multidisciplinary systems engineering team developing advanced optical metrology and inspection systems for semiconductor manufacturing. Own system architecture, requirements breakdown, trade studies, and verification planning, then drive prototype development through integration, calibration, characterization experiments, and validation. Coordinate closely with Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Operations, OEM vendors, and executive leadership to deliver differentiated products while managing risks, resources, and compliance for manufacturing transfer and customer deployment.
