Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, coordinate, and review U.S. federal income tax compliance deliverables, including proforma returns, workpapers, and consolidated tax return data collection.
  • •Contribute to consolidated return development to provision schedules for the U.S. group.
  • •Research income tax positions, monitor changes in tax laws/regulations, and assess impacts to the company.
  • •Prepare U.S. federal estimated tax payments and global cash tax forecasts.
  • •Assist with quarterly and annual global income tax provision under U.S. GAAP (ASC 740), including supporting calculations, roll forwards, and workpapers.
