•Manage an engineering group, including lab/office safety, staffing, mentoring, and sustaining key technical and managerial leaders.
•Technically lead engineering projects/programs and guide R&D programs to incorporate new processes/designs/methodologies into products or services.
•Interface with internal and external customers to address extremely complex electrical issues and high value problems.
•Ensure on-time delivery of product releases and prompt resolution of critical, extremely complex issues.
•Define and sustain product strategy/roadmap and business processes; provide program progress updates and ensure cross-functional information dissemination.

Salary: USD 171,500 - 236,000
