Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize lithography/photolithography processes to meet yield and quality requirements for advanced Replacement Gate 3D NAND parts.
  • •Apply AI to develop and deploy algorithms that advance photolithography process development.
  • •Quantify benefits of process and/or equipment innovations to enable early experimentation and improve process margin.
  • •Prioritize key Singapore-based manufacturing photolithography R&D issues, integrate and troubleshoot with cross-functional teams, and drive yield/quality improvements.
  • •Lead advanced process monitoring/control methodologies and initiate breakthrough projects through patents/technical papers while protecting Micron intellectual property.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong R&D aptitude to create production-worthy process technologies for photolithography.
  • •Ability to develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors/suppliers.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • •Highly motivated and adaptable to a demanding, fast-changing work environment.
