Associate Manager, Lending Operations

Own end-to-end operational setup for the loan lifecycle within Lending Operations, including origination, disbursement, repayments, and collections. Drive efficiency improvements across repayment and collections, develop reconciliation controls, and implement compliance with lending regulatory guidelines. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates and user experience, and establish feedback loops, SOPs, and streamlined business reporting to continuously optimize performance.
