Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar curriculum with 8 years of construction superintendent experience; alternatively AA/AS with 10 years, or HSD/GED with 12 years (or equivalent).
•8+ years as a Superintendent with experience in interior renovations, tenant improvement projects, and general commercial construction.
•Experience managing field operations in Los Angeles County, including local inspection and permitting familiarity.
•Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience.
•Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
