Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach store standards to create the ultimate consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Suggest looks based on consumer needs, leveraging the latest trends and current promotions.
  • •Promote Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
  • •Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, partnering with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment, and comply with store procedures and directives.
