Senior Product Manager - Self service cloud

Lead product strategy and roadmap for self-service cloud growth, focusing on human user and agent onboarding through trials. Define the onboarding and trial experience, drive adoption, activation, retention, and churn improvements using analytics and customer feedback. Partner with engineering and downstream solution teams to align delivery and onboarding flows, collaborate with Sales/Marketing on positioning, and drive integrations with third-party platforms to accelerate Elastic Cloud growth.
