Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic discussions with clients and lead delivery of global employee benefits services.
  • •Lead cross-discipline new business pitches and support accountability for service delivery globally.
  • •Lead multiple client account teams in a highly visible client-facing role and ensure deliverables meet high standards.
  • •Track performance across a client portfolio, provide feedback to leadership, and support continuous improvement.
  • •Manage client-related budgets involving consultant teams across the globe and help develop new business opportunities and relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience delivering complex multi-country employee benefits projects and client relationships.
  • •Experience consulting across employee benefits including corporate transactions, employee benefits financing, benchmarking, and global benefits governance.
  • •Proven ability to build and maintain strong long-term client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of how global employee benefits programmes work, including governance and management at a global level.
  • •Solid understanding of core benefit programs (Retirement, Risk, Medical) and working knowledge of payroll, HR, finance, pensions, and flexible benefits.
