Job Summary

Lead client teams for Aon’s major accounts within the Health Solutions for Multinationals group. Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic discussions with clients and lead delivery of global employee benefits services.
•Lead cross-discipline new business pitches and support accountability for service delivery globally.
•Lead multiple client account teams in a highly visible client-facing role and ensure deliverables meet high standards.
•Track performance across a client portfolio, provide feedback to leadership, and support continuous improvement.
•Manage client-related budgets involving consultant teams across the globe and help develop new business opportunities and relationships.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience delivering complex multi-country employee benefits projects and client relationships.
•Experience consulting across employee benefits including corporate transactions, employee benefits financing, benchmarking, and global benefits governance.
•Proven ability to build and maintain strong long-term client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of how global employee benefits programmes work, including governance and management at a global level.
•Solid understanding of core benefit programs (Retirement, Risk, Medical) and working knowledge of payroll, HR, finance, pensions, and flexible benefits.
