Job Summary

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production molding and assembly machinery and auxiliary equipment. Perform repair and preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, robotics, and PLC/program issues, and execute daily preventive maintenance while keeping required paperwork. Read electrical and hydraulic schematics/prints, install and connect machinery systems, collaborate with technicians, engineering, and manufacturing for continuous operations, and follow safety, lean, Food Safety, and cGMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform repair and preventive maintenance of operating equipment and support equipment as assigned.
•Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, robotics, and/or program issues with molding and lining machines and support equipment.
•Read electrical and hydraulic prints/schematics to perform required maintenance and service.
•Perform daily preventive maintenance (PMs) and maintain proper paperwork.
•Install machines’ electrical and plumbing components and interfaces with other systems; support continuous operations and comply with safety, lean, Food Safety, and cGMP policies.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of plumbing; welding is beneficial.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
