Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform repair and preventive maintenance of operating equipment and support equipment as assigned.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, robotics, and/or program issues with molding and lining machines and support equipment.
  • •Read electrical and hydraulic prints/schematics to perform required maintenance and service.
  • •Perform daily preventive maintenance (PMs) and maintain proper paperwork.
  • •Install machines’ electrical and plumbing components and interfaces with other systems; support continuous operations and comply with safety, lean, Food Safety, and cGMP policies.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years experience in maintenance for a manufacturing company.
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, robotics, and/or PLC/control program issues for molding and lining machines.
  • •Knowledge of plumbing; welding is beneficial.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
